Ionio Mello, B.A. degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Economic Engineering from the Santa Ursula University/COPPE (Rio de Janeiro) and specialization courses in banking strategy and performance managements from the University of California/Berkeley, in the United States.
He began his career in the Brazilian Air Force, rising to the rank of Captain, leaving the service to become a direct Advisor to Minister Mário Henrique Simonsen at the Brazilian Planning Ministry.
In 1977, Ionio joined Banco Chase Manhattan in the Organization and Human Resources area, rising to the position of Director of Human Resources. He was later transferred to the bank’s business area, with responsibility for executive management of sales and branch administration.
In 1991, he left Chase to take up the position of Sales Director at Banco Nacional where he remained until 1995, when he joined Banco Real as a Director of Private Banking.
Ionio began his career in consulting in 1999 as a Partner at Financial Executive Search Associates (FESA), which he left in 2003 to become the CEO of Iron Mountain do Brasil, a US multinational company, remaining at the head of the organization until 2007, when he became a Director at Stanton Chase, an international executive search company.
Acted as Executive Director in Talent Solution from 2009 to 2013 returning as Partner in 2019.
Marina Vergili, B.S. degree in Information Technology from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-RJ); a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/RJ, and several specialized courses, in Brazil and abroad. Marina has both Argentine and Italian citizenships and a permanent residence status in Brazil. Native Spanish speaker, she is fluent in Portuguese and English, and has a reasonable fluency in French.
Prior to becoming a HR Consultant, Marina worked for 14 years in the IT Service industry for EDS International (Electronic Data Systems) in Brazil, in the US and in the UK. She developed and managed several projects and was also part of the HR division implementing Trainee and Technical training programs for EDS Brazil. Marina also led a large systems conversion project in Brazil, a joint effort with the Washington DC Government Business Unit of EDS.
After 14 years in IT, Marina began her career as a HR Consultant in Executive Search and Assessment working for Korn/Ferry International and subsequently, Spencer Stuart. She later joined FESA, a local Brazilian firm as a VP and partner, and in 2007, founded her own consulting firm, Transition RH. While Marina’s major knowledge and expertise is in the IT, Telecommunications and Professional Services segments, she also has knowledge and experience in leading projects in the Consumer Goods and Industrial segments. In 2018, Marina joined Talent Solution as a partner.
Marina teaches career and behavioral classes at university level and is certified in International Executive Coaching (SBC) and in MBTI I, MBTI II, DISC, Motivators, HMCI - Change Management, Personal Strengths - SDI assessment tools.
Peter Mason, Anglo-Brazilian, with a BA degree in Business Administration from the Pontificate Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, with several professional specialization courses abroad.
Prior to joining the Consultancy business, Peter enjoyed a 24-year career in Financial Services, mostly in Brazil, initially with Banco Aymoré de Investimento S.A. (ABN-AMRO), Banco Bozano, Simonsen de Investimento S.A., Bank of America NT & SA, and lastly as Country Head at the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ). In addition to the funds management area, he worked in mergers and acquisitions transactions, foreign debt restructurings, corporate loans, syndicated loans, formal/informal foreign debt conversions, project finance deals, capital markets issues and structured foreign trade financing transactions. At ANZ, he worked for three years in New York as the Country Manager, with responsibility for managing the group’s business in Brazil. He was also appointed Honorary Austrian Consul in the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Peter began his career as a Human Resources Consultant in 1999, when he joined Korn/Ferry International to head up the Financial Services practice (banks, insurance companies, private equity/venture capital funds, brokerage houses and clearing companies), As Senior Client Partner he also led projects in the Industrial, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Chemical/Petrochemical, Agribusiness, Retail, Energy, Metallurgy, Consulting Firms, law Firms, Media and Entertainment, Culture, Tourism/Travel and Real State Sectors, among others. In 2004, he received the Client Satisfaction Award – South America from Korn/Ferry International, for having reached the highest client satisfaction rate in that continent. He was also one of those responsible for introducing the Management Assessment practice in Brazil.
In early 2005, with three other Senior Consultants, he created Talent Solution. Peter Mason is certified in the LPA – Launch Pad Analysis executive assessment tool and in Integrated Coaching by the ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute.
Carlos Uchoa, B.A. degree in Business Administration with a post-graduate degree in Marketing (FDC/MG); previous experience and specialization in Executive Search.
Developed a career in Sales over 35 years in companies in the Telecommunications, Technology, Services, Industrial and Consumer Goods segments.
During his career as a Commercial Director, worked for both local as well as multinational entities, with different cultures and structures; among which Xerox, Intelig, Hispamar Satélites, Embratel, Ediouro and Transition RH.
Besides participating in the strategic planning of the business, directly contributed towards structuring Sales Teams to achieve excellent results.
Joined Talent Solution in 2019, as Commercial Director.
Gerson Correia, BS degree in Psychology from the Pontificate Catholic University of São Paulo in 1976, with specialization in Management and Business Administration from Pace University in NY, besides other specialization courses at New York University and the Esalen Institute, (USA).
He began his career in 1975 as an Intern at Cia. Paulista de Força e Luz – CPFL, and at CESP the following year. After graduating he joined SENAC-SP, where he developed a career in the Human Resources field, mostly in recruitment, selection, development and training. On returning from his specialization course at Pace University, he was responsible for creating SENAC - Informática, which he managed until 1985. Thereafter, he took up the position of Director of Human Resources at the Zahran Group (Copagaz, Rede Matogrossense de TV - (TV Globo) and Copaza).
He began his activities as an Executive Search Consultant in 1989 at Senso, affiliated to PMC. In the mid-1980s, he became a Consultant at DBM do Brazil, where he assessed and counseled over 800 Seniors Executives, mostly at Director and/or CEO levels. He left DBM at the end of 2004 to open Talent Solution, as one of its founders. He was honored with the “Professional Excellence Award” by DBM International, in 1996.
As a Consultant, Gerson had the opportunity to work in practically all business functions and segments, heading projects in the Financial Services, Industry, Consumer Goods, Information Technology, Chemical and Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Agribusiness, Retail, Energy, Mining, Metallurgy, Consulting Firms, Media and Entertainment sectors, among others.
He is certified in the LPA - Launch Pad Analysis, the MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Hogan Assessment Systems and in Integrated Coaching by the ICI-Integrated Coaching Institute.
Rudolf Mayer-Singule is a citizen of Brazil and the Czech Republic. He earned a Chemical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and concluded post-graduation studies in Business Administration at Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Attended several extension and specialization courses in Brazil, Switzerland and Germany. Native speaker in Portuguese and German, he is fluent in English and has good command of Spanish.
Joined Hoechst in Brazil as an intern and developed a seventeen-year career, out of which three spent at headquarters in Frankfurt / Germany, in technical services, staff and marketing / sales positions up to Department Director of Chemical and Technical Products. In sequence, Rudolf was recruited by the Gerdau Group as General Manger of Planning for the North/Northeast region. After one year, assumed as General Manager of Marketing and Sales, initially responsible for the same region, and thereafter for the South. After four years with the Group, was promoted to Business Unit Director.
After 24 years as an executive in large corporations, Rudolf redirected his professional career to Human Resources consulting in 1993. He was consultant and partner of Spencer Stuart for sixteen years. Developed high level executive search assignments in several industrial segments such as: Automotive, Mining, Energy, Electrical & Electronic, Agribusiness, Equipment, Steel, Chemical & Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, among others. Also specialized in the health sector, comprising the Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Clinical Diagnosis and Medical Devices segments, successfully conducting more than 50 searches for all sorts of positions. Was honored with the Spencer Stuart Quality Award for four times for his work in the São Paulo office.
Since 2010, certified in Integrated Coaching by the ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute and in NeuroCoaching™ by the Results Coaching System, Rudolf also dedicates himself to executive coaching.
